This paper researched on the management of Chinese cosmetic industry.The management and the rule of law of cosmetic industry in EU,America as well as Japan etc.are analyzed.The present status of Chinese cosmetic management are also analyzed here.It is pointed out that the management of Chinese cosmetic industry is in dire need of standardization and closing with international.
