摘要
以悬臂梁振动系统为研究对象,利用压电材料的正、逆压电效应,分析了压电片和悬臂梁之间的相互耦合关系,建立了压电悬臂梁的动力学模型和基于闭环控制系统的状态方程.在此基础上,研究了反馈控制增益、压电片位置及压电片长度对柔性梁振动控制性能的影响,根据计算获得了反馈控制增益、压电片位置、压电片长度与振动能量、控制能量的关系曲线,为压电智能悬臂梁的振动控制设计提供了依据.
Based on analysis to the interaction between PZT film and beam,the dynamic model of PZT beam and close-loop control state equation are established with regard to a pair of PZT sensor /actuator. On the above,the influence of feed back control gain,PZT film's position and its length to the control performance is studied,and the curves which describe these influence are obtained. These results can be used as reference in the design of active vibration control system of piezoelectric smart cantilever beam.
