摘要
企业合作是企业发展的必然,并已经成为当今管理研究的主题内容之一.基于博弈的理论和Multi-Agent的建模与仿真方法研究合作的演化问题,探究了其内在的机制问题,发现企业合作的力量主要来自于其构成系统的内存机制作用,外部的干预能力是有限的.
Cooperation is inevitable for enterprises development and is the kernel of management reseach. This paper researches enterprise cooperation, basing on game and method of Multi-Agent＇s emulation. It explores the internal mechanism of cooperation.
