摘要
运用问卷法对师范大学毕业生的职业价值观进行调查,认为师范大学毕业生的职业价值观由5个因素构成:安全感和贡献、地位和声望、自主和发展、成就感、经济报酬;师范大学毕业生的职业价值观的特点与以往相关研究的结果有所不同;师范大学毕业生的职业价值观没有显著的性别差异,但文理科之间存在显著差异.
A questionnaire survey aiming to inquire out the occupational value of teachers college graduates was conducted. The result yielded that there were 5 factors of teachers college graduates' occupational value, which were security feeling and contribution, status and fame, independence and development, monetary rewards, and feeling of achievement, and that the feature of the teacher college graduates' occupational value was different from that of the previous relative researches,i, e. There were no significant differences between genders, but significant differences between arts and science.
