Bowen病细胞凋亡的原位检测及p53、Bcl-2的表达 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨细胞凋亡及p53、Bcl-2蛋白在Bowen病发生、发展及转归中的作用。方法运用TUNEL技术和免疫组织化学技术原位观察15例Bowen病患者的细胞凋亡及凋亡调控基因p53、Bcl-2的表达。结果Bowen病细胞凋亡指数为(15.3±9.01);P53蛋白表达阳性率为73.3%;Bcl-2蛋白表达阳性率为53.3%,且均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论Bowen病的发病可能与细胞凋亡降低有关。
