雌激素对去卵巢大鼠不同脑区酪氨酸激酶A表达的影响

摘要 目的观察内源性和外源性雌激素变化对大鼠脑内不同部位酪氨酸激酶A(TrkA)表达的影响。方法21只雌性W istar大鼠随机分为假手术对照组、卵巢切除组(OVX组)、雌激素治疗组(E2组)。免疫细胞化学法计数海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑M eynert核等部位TrkA蛋白表达阳性细胞数。放免法测量大鼠血清雌激素含量。结果与对照组比较,OVX组大鼠海马CA1区、大脑皮层区、杏仁复合体区Tr-kA阳性细胞数显著减少(均P<0.01),M eynert核区无显著差异(P>0.05),血雌激素含量明显降低(P<0.01);E2组脑部各区TrkA表达与OVX组比较显著增多(均P<0.01),血清雌激素含量显著增高(P<0.01)。结论内源性和外源性雌激素含量变化可影响大鼠脑内多部位TrkA的表达。
