摘要
对新开发的一种机械密封新型摩擦副WC-NiP复合材料的腐蚀磨损性能进行了研究。考察了WC-NiP与浸呋喃树脂石墨在3%NaCl、10%HCl和卤水中的腐蚀磨损性能。结果表明:WC-NiP复合材料在此配对情况下多发生粘着磨损,WC-NiP复合材料可作为低浓度非氧化酸性介质和卤水中的首选材料。
The corrosion and wear characteristics of new WC-NiP composite materials for mechanical sealing of friction pairs were studied. The wear performance of WC-NiP/graphite in 3% NaCl solution, 10%HCl solution and brine was studied. Adhesive wear occurred for WC-NiP composites which were good materials to be used for mechanical seals in non-oxidizing media and brine.
