参贞合剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节

Immunoregulation effect of Shen-zhen mixture on tumor mice

目的研究参贞(人参、黄芪、女贞子)合剂对荷瘤(S180)小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法通过检测荷瘤小鼠T细胞亚群及吞噬细胞的功能,观察参贞合剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果补益类中药参贞合剂上调荷瘤小鼠T细胞亚群的数目,增强吞噬细胞的活性。结论参贞合剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能有正向调节作用。

[Objective] To verify that Shen-zhen mixture has the immunoregulation on tumor bearing mice. [Method] The experimental study performed by two method, T cell T cell subpopulation and function of microphage. [Results] Shen-zhen mixture could improve function of microphage and up-regulate the number of CD4＋ and CD8＋of tumor mice. [Concousion] Shen-zhen mixture has up-regulate immunofunetion of tumor mice.
