摘要
目的观察护心康片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择稳定型心绞痛患者66例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。分别用护心康片、地奥心血康胶囊治疗,疗程4周。观察其临床症状,心电图,血脂检测值等方面的变化。结果护心康片对改善心绞痛和心电图疗效略优于地奥心血康胶囊,护心康片尚能明显改善血脂状况。中医证候综合疗效治疗组明显优于对照组。结论治疗冠心病心绞痛护心康片比地奥心血康胶囊更有效。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficiency of Huxinkang to coronary artery disease. [Methods] We selected 66 cases of stable angina patients, divided randomly into treatment group and contrast group. We treated them with huxinkang and Di＇ao xinxuekang. Respectively and observed the related indexes. [Results] Huxinkang has better effect on the amelioration of angina and ECG change. It can lessen the level of blood fat. [Conclusion] Huxinkang has better effect than diaoxinxuekang to patients with coronary artery disease.
