摘要
探讨了不同铝锌比对Mg-Al-Zn合金时效析出组织和性能的影响。铝锌比从9∶1减小为6∶4和4∶6后,合金的铸态组织得到细化,固溶后200℃和150℃时效,合金硬度峰值都降低,而且随着时效温度的降低,硬度峰值出现时间推迟,时效后合金抗拉强度和延伸率也有所下降。透射电镜观察发现,AZ64合金的γ-Mg17Al12析出相比AZ91中的细小,AZ46合金的析出相除了γ-Mg17Al12外,还有不少细小、与基体基面垂直的针状相MgZn′。
An investigation was made on the microstructure and mechanical properties of aged Mg-Al-Zn alloys with various Al/Zn ratios.It was found that with the Al/Zn ratio decreased from 9:1 (AZ91) through 6:4 (AZ64) to 4:6 (AZ46),the as-cast microstructure was refined; peak hardness of the alloys aged at both 200℃ and 150℃ decreased, with the occurrence of peak hardness delayed as the ageing temperature was lowered; the tensile strength and ductility of the alloys also decreased.TEM study revealed that precipitateγ-Mg_ 17 Al_ 12 in AZ64 alloy is smaller than that in AZ91 alloy and bothγ-Mg_ 17 Al_ 12 and MgZn′ which is perpendicular to the base plane of the matrix can be found in AZ46 alloy.
