柑桔幼胚培养的直接体细胞胚发生与植株再生

Direct Somatic Embryogenesis and Plantlet Regeneration from Immature Zygotic Embryos of Citrus

将柑桔幼胚分离接种于MS固体诱导培养基上诱导了体细胞胚直接高频发生并再生植株,初步建立了柑桔体细胞胚直接高频发生的实验系统。研究结果表明,柑桔幼胚在附加1mg/LIAA和20mg/LBA的MS培养基上的直接体细胞胚诱导频率最高。

Using immature zygotic embryos of Citrus as explants, primary somatic embryogenesis in vitro was directly induced with high frequency, and plantlets were regenerated.A preliminary regeneration system was established in this study. The results showed that the induction frequency of directly induced somatic embryos is highest when immature zygotic embryos are cultured on MS medium supplemented with 1mg/LIAA and 20mg/LBA.
