5A和VP800分子筛的氮氧分离性能 被引量:1

Adsorptive Separation of N_2 and O_2 on 5A and VP800 Molecular Sieves

摘要 在298.15 K下,分别测定了5A和VP800分子筛的静态吸附等温线和动态穿透曲线,并根据动态穿透曲线分别计算出5A和VP800分子筛的氮氧分离系数。研究发现,VP800分子筛的氮氧分离选择性明显高于5A分子筛。从动态吸附的结果来看,VP800有一个最优的吸附分离压力。 The adsorption isotherms and dynamic breakthrough curves of N2 and O2 on 5A and VP800 molecular sieves were measured at 298. 15 K. The separation factor of N2/O2 was calculated in terms of the breakthrough curves of N2 and O2. The results showed that the separation selectivity of N2 and O2 on VP800 molecular sieve was higher than that on 5A molecular sieve. Moreover, VP800 molecular sieve was of a suitable pressure for adsorption separation of N2 and O2.
