摘要
以氧化锆作为成核剂对聚丙烯进行改性,并通过偏光显微镜(PLM)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)表征了氧化锆的成核效果。实验结果表明,氧化锆较好地改善了聚丙烯的力学性能,降低聚丙烯球晶尺寸,并诱导聚丙烯生成不同晶型。
The influence of fine ZrO2 used as nucleation agent on the mechanical properties of polypropylene was studied. The influence of fine ZrO2 on crystallization characteristics was also investigated with the help of PLM and DSC. The results showed that ZrO2 could improve the mechanical properties of PP. At the same time, ZrO2 could decrease the spherulite size and induce the spherulites being converted to different crystalline forms.
