摘要
以炭黑生产过程控制为背景,研究并开发了一套基于现场总线、工业组态软件以及OPC技术的生产过程控制系统。针对该监控系统要求多功能、高可靠性的特点,采用了面向对象编程技术构建了基于iFIX工业组态软件的上位机监控系统,实现了对炭黑生产过程参数的数据处理显示、超限报警以及现场设备的控制等功能。
A computer control system based on fieldbus technology, configuration soft ware iFIX and OPC technology is studied, which meet the challenge of high reliability and multifunction in coal production. The system function includes data process, data display, alarm and equipment control.
