摘要
以协调发展的相关理论为基础,提出了能源-经济-环境(3E)协调度的概念,建立了相应的协调度评价模型,并据此对我国30个省、直辖市和自治区(因缺乏数据未包含西藏)进行了3E协调度的计算、排序和评价分析。
Based on the coordinated development theory, a concept of energy-economy environment coordinated degree was put forward. An appraisal model of coordinated de gree was setup. According to this model,the calculating, sequencing and appraisal anal ysis for 3E coordinated degree of thirty provinces in China were carried out .
