肥儿调理液对营养性肥胖大鼠减肥作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Effect of Fat Child Regulation Liquid on Fat mouse

目的:观察肥儿调理液对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用和脂质代谢的影响。方法:采用幼年大白鼠喂饲高营养饲料制备营养性肥胖大鼠模型,观察肥儿调理液的减肥作用。结果:肥儿调理液63g/kg能降低肥胖大鼠的Lee's指数、脂肪湿重、血清总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG),升高高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-Ch)。结论:肥儿调理液对营养性肥胖大鼠有减肥作用。

Objective： To observe the weight reduction and lipid metabolism effect of alimentary fat child regulation liquid on the fat mouse. Method： To construct the model of alimentary fat mouse by feeding the hyper alimentative feedstuff to the juvenile mouse, afterwards, to observe its effect of weight reduction. Result： the fat child regulation liquid（63g/kg） can reduce the Lee＇s exponent, fat humid weight, total cholesterol and triglyceride of fat mouse, step up the high density lipoproteins - cholesterin. Conclusion： Fat child regulation liquid has antiobesity action to alimentary fat mouse.
