活血化瘀类中药对血管内皮细胞作用的研究进展

Study Progress in Effect of Chinese Herbs of Promoting blood and Eliminating Blood Stasis Kinds on Vascular Endothelial Cell

血管内皮细胞(VECs)在创伤修复、血管生成、止血、血栓形成等一系列生理和病理过程中起着重要作用。一些活血化瘀类中药及提取物能保护内皮细胞损伤,或能抑制内皮细胞增殖和促进其活性物质生成及释放。文章将近年来活血化瘀类中药对血管内皮细胞作用研究进展作了综述。

Vascular endothelial cell played an important action in wound repaired, blood vessel form, haemostasis, thrombopoi- esis and a series of physiology and pathology process. Some Chinese herbs and its extract with effect of promoting blood and eliminating blood stasis could protect the endothelial cell wound, or could inhibit endothelial cell generation and promote its active substance form and liberation.
