摘要
介绍了一种采用CXA3512R驱动芯片、CXD3500R时钟发生芯片、CXA3106Q锁相环和CXA2111R信号处理芯片设计的LCX029CNT TFT-LCD新型高分辨(XGA)液晶显示的驱动电路,给出了硬件电路设计方法和I2C总线编程控制方法,并分析了视频信号的GAMMA矫正过程和作用。说明了GAMMA矫正在液晶投影显示中的作用。
A new drive circuit design for XGA TFT-LCD projection display is presented. The drive circuit is mainly composed of four components. CXA3512R is a driver IC, CXD3500R is a timing signal generator,CXA3106Q is a phase locked loop IC, CXA2111R is a signal processor IC developed. The method of I^2C control is described. The process of video signal gamma correction is analysed. The result shows that gamma correction plays an important role in projection display.
