中间锦鸡儿染色体核型分析

Studied with Karyotype Analysis of C.intermedia Kuang et H.C.Fu

为加快对锦鸡儿植物的开发和利用,利用细胞学研究方法,首次对中间锦鸡儿进行染色体核型分析。结果表明:中间锦鸡儿(C.intermedia Kuang et H.C.Fu)染色体数为2n=18,其核型公式为2n=2x=18=16 m(4SAT)+2M;按stebbins的核型分析原则,中间锦鸡儿的核型属1A型。此外,有关核型的变异范围也进行了讨论。

The karyotype of C. intermedia Kuang et H. C. Fu was studied wth cell technology. We found that the Chromo- some number of the somatic cells was 2n=18, the karyotype formula was 2n=2x=18=16m （4SAT） ＋2M. The result of chromosome examination showed that it belonged to “ 1A” type of Stebinns karyotypic asymmetry, which meant it was a primitive species. In addition the extent of Karyotype variation was curt dicussed.
