转基因玉米苗期抗旱性生理生化指标及综合评价的研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用盆栽法,测定不同转基因玉米RT、BC、PK和H的指标:相对电导率(RWC)、相对含水量(REC)、光合速率(PR)、蒸腾速率(TR)、叶片失水速率(LLR)和叶水势(LWP),以期综合评价这4类转基因玉米的抗旱性能和所选指标作为筛选抗旱性指标的可行性,同时探求一套综合评价的方法。结果表明:抗旱性RT>BC>PK>H>CK,同时所选指标均可应用于抗旱性筛选,隶属度评价法可以作为一种综合评价方法应用到转基因玉米抗旱性筛选中。 The pot experiment was conducted to study indexes of different stransgenosis Maizes that were RT,BC,PK and H. These indexes include relative water contents, relative electrical conductivity rate, photosymthesis rate, vapor rate, lost-water rate and water potential. The purpose was to evaluate comprehensively the drought resistance of four kinds transgenosis maizes and feasibility of these indexes. The result showed that the order of drought resistance was RT〉BC〉 PK〉 H〉CK. These chosen indexes and subordinative degree all can be applied to screening of drought resistance of stransgenosis maizes.
