摘要
涂料配方中引入Al-Mg-Zn合金粉作颜料,通过调节三者所占比例使其颜料的电化学活性成为可控,同时对涂料的绿色化进行研究,研制出具有优良隔离性能与阴极保护作用于一体的阳极屏蔽型绿色防腐蚀涂料。对其主要性能指标及耐腐蚀性能进行测试,结果表明该涂料各项性能优良, 可用作储罐及埋地金属管线的长效防腐涂装。
The Al-Mg-Zn alloy powder is used in coating formulation for coloring. The adjustment of ratio of Al, Mg and Zn can control the electro-chemical activity of the pigment. Through the research of coating greening, an anode shielding type green corrosion resistant coating with good insulation performance and cathode protection has been developed. The excellent performances and corrosion resistance shown in the tests prove that the coating can be applied on the storage tanks and buried steel pipelines for long-term effective corrosion protection.
