摘要
讨论催化裂化装置湿空冷器污垢形成的机理和形成过程,分析碳钢和铝质翅片的腐蚀原因,提出处理措施与对策,并对筛选出的WY-2阻垢缓蚀剂的工业应用情况进行总结。
The mechanisms of corrosion fouling formation and formation process of wet air cooler in FCCU is discussed, and corrosion causes of carbon steel and aluminum finned plates are analyzed. Corrective measures are suggested and commercial application of WY-2 corrosion inhibitor is summarized.
