摘要
采用对折成“U”型压紧折叠块的纤维毯代替原用的保温砖,对蒸馏装置加热炉顶面进行技术改造,将原隔热保温层由挂砖结构改为纤维毯,从而消除了双斜顶减压加热炉缺陷,提高了双斜顶减压加热炉热效率,使炉顶外表面的平均温度由改造前的66℃下降到改造后的40℃,对确保加热炉长周期运行起到了良好作用。
The head of furnace in vacuum distillation unit is revamped by replacing the existing refractory, bricks with “U” type folded module fiber blanket to eliminate the detects of the furnace and improve the heat efficiency. After revamp, the average surface temperature of the head is reduced to 40 ℃ from 66 ℃ , which is favorable for the extended operation of the furnace.
