摘要
对装置技术改造后脱盐后原油盐含量偏高问题进行了技术分析,认为原油在脱盐罐中停留时间不够、混合强度太强、工艺操作问题是造成脱盐后原油盐含量偏高的原因。增加脱盐罐、拆除混合器V105、加强破乳剂评选等措施是非常必要的。
The analysis of off-specification of salt in desalted crude oil concludes that the higher salt content is attributed to insufficient retention time of crude oil in the desalter drum, over mixing and improper operation. Addition of desaher drum, removal of V105 mixer and selection of the right emulsion breaker etc are extremely necessary for the good operation.
