摘要 目的检测血小板输注中的细菌污染情况以及血小板输注对患者的影响。方法对血小板悬液2164份进行细菌污染检测。结果2164份血小板悬液中细菌培养阳性者25份,其中手工混合血小板的阳性率为1.60%,机采血小板的阳性率为0.38%。有6例患者被输注细菌培养阳性的血小板悬液,其输注后的反应与细菌培养阴性对照组相似。所有被输注细菌培养阳性血小板悬液的患者均未出现菌血症或败血症表现。结论虽经严格的无菌操作,但所制备的血小板悬液仍可能被污染。 Objective To explore bacteria contamination in platelet transfusion and effect on the patients. Methods We detect bacteria contamination for 2 164 bags of platelet. Results 25 bags of platelet were detected bacteria in culture. 1.60 % platelet concentrates(PC) were detected bacteria. 0.38 % machine-collected platelet was detected bacteria. Anaerobe was 0.25 % and aerobe was 0.13 %, 6 patients received transfusion of platelet which was detected bacteria in culture and their response was almost the same as patients who received transfusion of platelet which detected no bacteria. No platelet-transfusion patient showed bacteremia or septicemia. Conclusion Although aseptic manipulation is used, the platelet contamination exists. That platelet which was detected bacteria in culture didn't affect patients severely may related to low quantity of bacterium, low virulence and use of virulence.
