摘要
以降阻比法为基础,分别对有机硼交联(HPG)压裂液的前置液、携砂液的沿程管柱摩阻计算方法进行分析,结合川西地区部分井压裂施工现场的施工数据,对管柱摩阻计算公式进行修正改进后,提高了压裂施工设计和数值模拟中摩阻参数计算的准确性;同时用计算机程序实现了施工过程管柱沿程摩阻的计算,可用于模拟压裂施工全过程的摩阻计算。对四川川西地区以油管方式注入井的水力压裂施工设计及现场施工过程中井底压力的分析具有重要意义。
Based on antifriction ratio method,this paper analyzes the calculation method of string friction of prepad fluid and carrying fluid of organic boron crosslinking(HPG) fracturing fluid.The string friction calculation formula is corrected according to field fracturing data from some wells in Chuanxi area,thus improved the accuracy of friction calculation in fracturing design and numerical simulation.A computer program is used to calculate and model the friction along string during fracturing operation.This is of significant importance to hydraulic fracturing design and bottom hole pressure analysis during operation in tubing injection wells in Chuanxi area.
