摘要
[目的]研究太原市燃煤污染物对人体健康影响的危险度评价.[方法]在现场监测、污染源解析的基础上,应用修正后的高斯扩散模型,计算出燃煤污染物暴露浓度.应用危险度评估法对太原市的部分地区燃煤污染物所致的人体健康危险进行评价.[结果]3个研究区的个人年危险度水平为A区:1.315×10-5/年,B区:9.828×10-6/年,C区:2.652×10-6/年,与污染水平A区>B区>C区一致;个人年危险度均在可接受水平(10-5~10-6/年)范围内.3个研究区的各污染物中,SO2和BaP的个人年危险度所占份额为99%以上.[结论]在各类燃煤污染物中,主要污染物为SO2和BaP,它们占总健康危害的99%以上.
[ Objective ] To study on adverse health effects of air pollutants from coal combustion and the health risk assessment in Taiyuan. [ Methods ] Based on the field monitoring, investigation and parsing of pollutants sources, using mathematic model the exposure to pollutants from coal burning was calculated.The health risk assessment was carried out to estimate the risk of health of the pollutants. [ Results ] Of three study areas, the personal annual risk is 1.315 × 10^-5/year in area A, area B: 9.828 × 10^-6/year, area C: 2.652 × 10^-6/year within the acceptable level ( 10^-5~10^-6/year ).The personal annual risk is corresponding to the level of air pollution. SO2 and BaP are responsible for 99% of total risk, in annual risk assessment percent. [ Conclusion ] SO2 and BaP are the main pollutants, they composed 99% of total risk.
