摘要
合成了固含量40%、粒径50nm、分布0.050级别的纳米微胶乳,优选出了适宜的聚合工艺条件。依据正交试验法,比较了高固含量条件下乳化剂用量、引发剂用量及其加入方式、聚合温度、单体滴加速度等对微胶乳粒径及分布的影响,初步探讨了微乳液聚合机理。
40G Solid content St-acrylate nanogel with average size 50nm and distribution 0. 050 particles were prepared, and polymerization parameters were optimized. Effects of emulsifier anount, initiator amount/feed method, polymerization tempreture and monomer dropping time under highsolid content condition on particle size and distribution were investigated with orthogonal experiments. Polymerization mechanism was also discussed.
