This paper explains the principle and the ways of defining the valence of the disyllabic verbs in Xian Yu Jing, which can be classifted into six groups： verb d one semantic valence and one syntactic valence, verb of two semantic valences and one syntactic valence, verb of two semantic valences and two syntactic valences, transitory verb of two semantic valences and two syntactic valences, verb of three semntic valenees and two syntactic valenoes and verb of three semntic valenees and three syntactic valences.
