在分析了EL电致发光特性的基础上,介绍了EL的应用领域及驱动特点.同时介绍了美国Sipex公司生产的电致发光驱动芯片SP4422A和美国IMP公司的IMP803电致发光驱动芯片及其实用电路的分析.

The application areas of EL are described in this paper based on analysing the characteristic of EL , the pinsfunctions , internal principle, and the useful integrated circuit of the chip SP4422A driving EL and the integrated circuit of the chip IMP803 driving EL are introduced.
