摘要
虚拟企业是21世纪敏捷制造的核心内容.它快速的市场反应能力,多变的组织结构,无疑都适应了这个时代的潮流.虚拟企业是建立在项目的基础上.本文重点介绍了项目的分解方式,将任务划分为:顺序任务、同步任务、异步任务3种.同时提出了一种简单实用的项目评估方法.
Virtual enterprise is the core content of agile manufacturing in the 21 century. Its rapid reactivity and various organization structures adapt the fashion of the times. Virtual enterprise is based on the project. Project decomposition is showed in this paper. There are three kinds of tasks in this paper： task in sequence, synchronous task and asynchronous task. And a kind of simple and useful method is showed in this paper.
