Quality evaluation system for postgraduate's dissertation

现行的研究生学位论文质量评价体系存在很多方面的局限,使得最终的评价结果与实际有一定的差距.运用科学的方法,将评审专家与学位管理部门的活动有机结合起来,并将相互影响降低到最低.评审专家根据建立的学位论文质量评价表进行定性和定量的评价,学位管理部门运用统计的方法剔除偏离过度的噪音数据,对有效评价意见和分数进行整合,从而得到对学位论文的科学评价.

There exist various limits in actual quality evaluation system for postgraduate＇s dissertation so that the final evaluation resuits are different from the reality to some extent. With scientific methods, this paper on one hand combines the activities of evaluation experts with those of degree management department, and on the other hand reduces mutual influence to the least. The evaluation experts make qualitative and quantitative evaluation according to the established quality evaluation form of dissertation. The degree administration by using of statistical methods eliminates abnormal data and integrates available comments and scores to obtain the scientific evaluation of dissertation.
