摘要
使用虚拟样机技术和正交试验设计技术对海上布放系统进行了设计研究。建立了船舶的运动模型和甲板起重机的动力学模型,采取正交试验设计的方法对布放过程中工作设备与船舶的动态间隙进行了研究,仿真结果表明更大的航行速度和绳子的释放速度、工作在横摇状态下比纵摇状态下布放过程更安全。
Maritime laying system is discussed based on virtual prototyping and orthogonality experiment design. Kinetic model of a ship and dynamic model of a crane deck are formed and then clearance study of ship and equipments aboard during laying process is discussed. It is proved that higher sailing velocity will be safer than lower one, higher releasing velocity of rope will be safer than lower one, and vertical swaying will be safer than transverse swaying.
