With the development of information technique, modern libraries are progressing in the directions of digital and characteristic, multi-purpose, network, socialization and industrialization. The new times requires new qualities for the librarians including ability of handling information technology, wide range of knowledge, higher foreign language level, keen information consciousness and necessary law knowledge.
