Nowadays, with the social capital fall generally in the countryside, the difficulty in the shift of Surplus Rural Labor Force is increasing in our country. How to upgrade the rural labor force＇s social capital and thus to promote the shift of Surplus Rural Labor Force is an important problem associated with the development of rural economy in our country.
