The experience of Europe and North America shows the importance of regional international regime to a country’s interests.The shortness of East Asian international regime makes it a chance for China’s participation,which can bring about comparative security,and heighten Chinese international position as well.Hence,participating in constructing East Asian international regime is another important strategy for China in the21st century.
