大、中专医学生交友心理调查

Psychology in friend-making among students of medical college and secondary medical school

目的了解大、中专医学生交友心理特点,为学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用自制“大、中专医学生交友心理调查问卷”,对温州医学院300名中专医学生及200名本科医学生交友心理进行问卷式调查。结果经项目分析,删除部分项目,修订后量表折半信度较好,结构效度符合原量表的构想。结论多数大、中专医学生交友心态良好,但交友技巧较差。由于本科学生与中专学生在年龄、经历、心理、学识等方面有不同,存在交友心理的差异。大学生交友能力较强,处事独立,但独处率也较高;而中专生则依赖性较强,遇事多需父母或朋友帮助解决(P<0.005)。学校及教师应帮助学生建立健康的交友心态,培养良好的交往技能,加强教师与学生的沟通,使教师和学生成为真正的良师益友。

Objective To study the mental characteristic of college and secondary specialized medical students making friends and provide scientific evidence for implementation of mental health education among students. Methods About 300 secondary specialized medical students and 200 college students in Wenzbou Medicin College were surveyed using making friends questionnaire of self-devised. Results The reliability and construct validity of questionnaire were basically satisfying. Conclusion Most of college and secondary specialized medical students mental of making friends were health, but skill technique of making friends were worse. Students of medical college had a stastistic difference with secondary specialized medical students about age, experience, mental and learning. They had a stastistic difference about mental of making friends. Students of medical college had great making friends ability, handled affairs alone. But independence rate was large. Secondary specialized medical students had great the dependent mentality. They needed help of their parents and friends when there were in difficulty. Compared with both sides had statistics sense （P 〈 0.005 ）. College and teachers must help the students set up health mental of malting friends, train good still of making friends, enhance teachers link up students, make teachers and students becoming real good teacher and helpful friend.
