摘要
适合计算机系统的复杂曲面表示是工业产品造型设计的关键,过去使用的Beizer、B样条方法已不能满足目前设计形势的需要。本文探讨了目前CAD/CAM系统中利用NURBS进行产品复杂曲面设计的理论和方法,全面总结和归纳了NURBS曲面造型的基本形式,并对其中典型的造型方法给出了相应的数学表示,展示了其优越的设计几何能力。
Compex surface expression which is suitable for computer system is the critical problem in industrial product modeling design.The Beizer B-spline method used in the past can no longer satisfying the needs inthe present designing situation. This article probed intothe theory and method of carrying out product's complexsurface design using NURBS in present CAD/CAMsystem, summed-up comprehensively and induced thebasic form of NURBS' surface modeling, and presentedthe corresponding mathematic expression in typical modeling method, thus revealed its superior ability of designing geometry.
