摘要
隔爆外壳质量的好坏,直接关系到防爆产品隔爆性能的优劣及场所的防爆安全,至关重要。而水压试验是检验隔爆外壳结构强度的一项重要试验。针对隔爆外壳的水压试验程序、要点等,根据标准规定及实践经验进行了简述,并提出了在试验中容易忽视的一些环节。
It is essential important factor of the quality of flameproof enclosure to the explosive proteetion performance of flameproof products and the safe application in hazardous locations. While hydraulic pressure test is the critical test for the verification of the strength of flameproof enclosure as specified and providing basic data for nontransformation test. This article summarizes the key points and some details which is easy to be disregarded in the hydraulic pressure test, combining with the requirements of relative standards and practical experience.
