摘要
针对原吊具存在的绕组与机座中心线易偏斜,加压后绕组绝缘易破坏,甚至使机座撑裂、失去防爆性能的缺点,介绍了一种用于中型防爆电机带绕组定子铁心内撑式吊具,有效地克服了轴线不易对中、键槽不易对正的缺陷。同时对吊具进行了计算及受力校验,并对设计原理及注意事项进行了叙述。
The lifting tool is placed a very important role when a core is inserted into the frame during assembly of Ex motor. The lifting tool used now exists some defects, such as it is difficult to make the center line of winding and enclosure align, in this case, the winding insulation is easy to be damaged after pressing into the enclosure, even the enclosure broken. The author introduces a new type of internal stay lifting tool used for the assembly of stator core with winding and enclosure of flameproof motor. Meanwhile, the analytical calculation to forces subjected of this new type tool is carried out and verified. In order to easy understand this tool, the design principle and matters which should be paid attention in application are present in this paper.
