上海地铁1号线沿线城市发展的实证研究

Study on the City Development in the Region around Shanghai Metro No. 1

城市轨道交通对城市发展具有多方面影响。本文以上海市地铁1号线为例．研究其沿线城市化进程中,城市形态扩散、居住空间的分布、区域社会经济发展三个方面的发展变化。上海市地铁1号线是城市西南城区扩散的发展轴,并且吸引了沿线的居住空间分布,同时带动了社会经济发展。

Urban rail transit has effect on the city development in many aspects. Using the area around Shanghai metro NO.1 as an example, this article studies on the diffusion of urban form, the distributing of residential space and the socioeconomic development in the region. It points out that Shanghai metro NO. 1 is the axes of the diffusion of urban form in southwestern Shanghai, it causes the distribution of plenty of residential space, and contributes the socioeconomic development in the region.
