摘要
文章回顾了中国外语教育制度的历史,指出了现行外语教育制度给当今社会带来的弊端,并从逻辑学、社会学、法学、社会语言学、教育投资学以及国际比较等角度对该制度进行了分析,最后对中国外语教育制度提出了自愿化、专业化、基础化、区域化、激励化的系统改革构想。
The paper reviews the history of the education system of foreign language in China, points out the disadvantage of such system, and analyzes its falsehood from logic, sociology, law, social linguistics and educational investment. Then, the paper puts forward a systematic reform conception that foreign language learning should be based on freewill, specialization, elementary education, regionalization and encouragement.
