摘要
伯顿.R.克拉克从学术组织的视角指出高等教育系统内存在着丰富的文化成分,深含着作为学术系统所独有的信念和追求。在恢复了高等教育系统的文化面貌后,他深入分析了高等教育系统文化的类型,并且表明系统文化具有多样基础上的松散整合这一结构特征。在此基础上指明这种高等教育系统内在的文化是变革的“缓冲器”和内在动力,是高校在社会的流变中保持自身特色并得以生机勃勃发展的基础。
Burton · R · Clark points out that there are profuse culture elements and particular belief and pursuance in higher education system in the view of the academic organization. After restituting the cultural aspect of higher education system, he deeply analyzed the typology in higher education system and indicated that the character of the culture in higher education system was loose integration based on diversity. This culture was the mediating buffers and inner impetus of changes, making university and college remain their own features and vigor in the changing society.
