Teacher＇s specialty development is a course of lifetime learning, discovering and resolving continuously question. At the same time, it is a constantly mature and creative course of teacher＇s career ideal, career morality and society responsibility. Taking bilingual teaching for seeking specialty development as an example, through changing educational thoughts, renewing educational conception, introducing modem teaching measure, professional curriculum＇ s bilingual teaching reform is realized.
