摘要 教师的专业发展是一个终生学习、不断发现问题和解决问题的过程,是教师的职业理想、职业道德、社会责任感不断成熟、不断创新的过程。以寻求专业发展进行双语教学为实例,通过转变教育思想,更新教育观念,以现代教学手段和教学方法,来实现专业课双语教学的改革。 Teacher's specialty development is a course of lifetime learning, discovering and resolving continuously question. At the same time, it is a constantly mature and creative course of teacher's career ideal, career morality and society responsibility. Taking bilingual teaching for seeking specialty development as an example, through changing educational thoughts, renewing educational conception, introducing modem teaching measure, professional curriculum' s bilingual teaching reform is realized.
