Reformation and innovation of the personal cultivation pattern of software engineering specialty

传统高等教育模式下的软件人才培养质量不高,难以满足市场需求,其主要原因是人才培养过程中缺少社会的直接参与,没有形成良好的人才培养和使用的反馈机制;为此通过校企联合创建了“3+1”人才培养新模式,将社会资源融入高等教育的人才培养过程,显著提高了软件工程专业的人才培养质量。

The personal cultivation quality of software engineering specialty is not satisfactory under the traditional higher education pattern, so that it cannot meet the social demands. The main reason which results in the problem is that the traditional personal cultivation procedure is lack of the direct social participation together. A good feedback mechanism of the personal cultivation and the application cannot be fonned. In order to solve this problem, a new personal cultivation pattern （ ＂ 3 ＋ 1＂） is proposed by the cooperation of universities with enterprises. The social resource is fused into the procedure of personal cultivation in the higher education. The personal cultivation quality of software engineering specialty is improved remarkably.
