摘要
班主任是各种教育力量的协调者和联系纽带。班主任的能力、工作方法会对我们的学生产生深刻、长远的影响。班主任工作中的虚与实、管与放、严与宽、堵与导等四组重要关系,是我们班主任在班级管理和学生教育工作中常用的、有效的、必须正确处理的关系。只要用科学态度和方法处理好这些关系,班主任工作就能收到事半功倍的效果。
Supervisory teachers are the coordinators and liaisons among all level of educational system. Their ability, working style and method will have direct impact and influence on the sound development of the students. Supervisory teachers must take scientific method and attitude in handling four important issues, which would result in getting twice with only half effort.
