摘要
传统教育使教师拥有绝对的权威、成为话语霸权的占有者和学生精神自由的束缚者,而现代教育则使学生出现了自由主义思想的盛行、纪律观念和责任感的丧失以及学生自身价值取向的迷茫等。这些弊端进一步阻碍了教育价值使命的实现,在分析它们各自弊端的基础上,认为师生对话是实现传统教育与现代教育价值使命的有效形式。
Teachers are endowed with absolute authority in traditional education, which makes teachers tend to act as the possessors of speech hegemony and the controllers of students' mind. Modem education leads students to the prevalence of laissez faire, loss of sense of discipline and responsibility and perplexity of value concern. These defects of the two educations hinder the realization of education value. On the basis of the analysis of their respective defects, the author holds that the dialogue between teachers and students is the effective form for the realization of the mission of traditional and modem education.
