对当前素质教育实施过程的研究与思考

摘要 目前制约素质教育的主要因素有:传统教育观念、家庭教育问题、地区教育条件、诚信道德水准、教师整体素质。而对于素质教育到底要不要考试、素质教育到底是不是全面教育、是不是特长教育、是不是轻松教育等问题还需要进一步统一认识。反思当前素质教育的实施过程,可以从思想道德教育、基础教育课程改革、考试制度改革、考核评估体系改革等方面着手,不断寻求适合我国国情的素质教育之路。 The goal of quality education is to cultivate students from the elementary and necessary contents of education so as to promote the healthy development of students. For over 20 years this issue has been under discussion and exploration all over the country . On the whole, however, there is a great deal of difficulties in Conducting it. Traditional education view, various family education, different education conditions, ideological and ethical standards and the teachers' quality all restrict quality education. Reconsidering the current implementation process of quality education, we should achieve unity in understanding quality education and treat existing problems rationally so as to promote the harmonious union of theory exploration and practical performance and to continuously pursue the approaches of quality education which are suitable for our national situations.
