熔模石膏型精密铸造工艺的研究

摘要 本文对六种配比混合料制成的石膏型试样,测定了其在不同混水量下焙烧后的室温强度和透气率,观察了在不同焙烧工艺下石膏型裂纹产生情况,为熔模石膏型精铸工艺的应用提供了有参考价值的试验数据。最后,为浇注铜合金铸件提出了合理的石膏型配方。 For the baked plaster moulding speciments,which were made from six kinds of mix- ture separately and had different water additions,the compression and tensile strength tests as well as permeability tests were carried out in the room temperature.The crack- ing tendency was also observed.The results should be helpful for the‘lost wax’plaster moulding process and finally a reasonable plaster moulding mixture used for copper alloy castings was supplied.
