经济法课程创新教育的探索

摘要 《经济法基础》是一门理论性很强的课程,枯燥乏味的法律条文很难使学生产生兴趣,传统的课堂教学很难取得理想的教学效果,本文就这一问题,提出了创新教育的几个基本观点。转变教学观念,适当调整教学内容,建立并应用现代教学方式,实施案例教学,使教学更具有科学性、实用性,真正做到理论联系实际、融会贯通,运用综合法进行教学评估,拾遗补差,提高效果。 Elementary economics law is a subject with dense and abstract theory and it is hard to cultivate to the students'interest in it because of so many boring law items. Therefore, the traditional teaching methods can not produce ideal effect. As to this, the essay puts forward several viewpoints on the problem, which are teaching concept transfer, teaching material adjustment, modern teaching method as well as teaching with cases. In addition, in order to improve the teaching effect, the teachers should use comprehensive , scentifitic and practical methods. Apart from that, they should apply the theory to the reality, what 's more, they can check and make scentifitic content on the teaching effect to find out the problems and deal with them as soon as they can.
